- Scoring Report: Generates a report of all scores for all participants in a competitive event.
- Section Schedule: Generates a schedule report for each competitive event, section, and scoring category.
- Sign-in Sheet: For conference staff, this report generates you a check-in roster thatn you can print and use to track who has checked in to the competition floor.
- Transcripts: This button will take you to the Transcripts module of conference management to configure visibility, settings, and to download transcripts for participants and chapters.
When you click on a report, a popup will open that will allow you to configure various filters and settings. Once you're ready, click the Export button at the bottom to download your report.
Awards Report
The Awards Report is a comprehensive list of all awards winners. You can filter this report to select the events you wish to include in the report, as well as the round, format, various layout options, and which columns you wish to include.
By default, the awards report is exported as a PDF, but you can choose to export as a CSV or Excel file by clicking the respective button. You can also choose to download the report as a single file or split between separate files. Finally, you can choose between portrait and landscape orientation (only for PDF reports).
Under Options, you can configure various layout options for how your awards report will be displayed:
- Layout: You can choose between report view (default) or announcer view. Announcer view is a simplified view that is perfect for an announcer or production team to read off of.
- In announcer view, there are additional options you can configure:
- Call finalists first (random order): Choose whether you want an additional page (before the list of winners) to randomly call finalists to the stage.
- Split random call & winners onto separate sheets: If you wish to have different pages for the random call and the list of winners, you can choose to split them onto separate pages.
- Show school/association before names: By default, the announcer report will show winners as: "Nanem from School/Association". If you wish to flip this in announcer view to have the school/association announced before the name, check this box.
- Affiliation: You can choose to display the affiliation of winners by school/chapter or by association.
- Finalists to Call/Places to Award: By default, the report will automatically list any individual awarded a place in CMS. If you wish to narrow the list of who is called on the awards report, you can specify a custom number of finalists to call and places to award.
- Sort By: Choose whether to sort the report by place descending (default), ascending, random order, or by participant name alphabetically.
- Other options: Choose whether to page break between events or whether to print page numbers.
You can also filter the report to show only events that have been finalized by clicking the box next to"Finalized Events Only"
By expanding the Columns section, you can configure which columns you want displayed in the report.
