Integrations
Learn how to create and manage integrations for conferences in CTSO Central.
Overview
CTSO Central integrates with a variety of third-party services to provide seamless connectivity between your existing processes and systems. On the Conferences page, you can directly set up integrations with the following services:
- Stripe (payments)
- Slack (notifications)
Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate are also supported, allowing you to create custom integrations with your existing tools and systems. You can configure custom flows for Zapier and Power Automate directly in those platforms.
Stripe
For users participating in the private beta, Stripe integration is currently unavailable. This is to protect against accidental charges and payments. If you would like to view a demo of the Stripe integration, please contact us at support@ctsocentral.com.
CTSO Central integrates with Stripe to provide electronic payment processing for your conferences. With Stripe, you can accept payments by credit/debit card, wire transfer, or ACH bank transfer. Stripe manages all aspects of the payment process, including fraud protection, chargeback management, and dispute resolution. In CTSO Central, you can set up your Stripe account, integrate your payout bank account, and configure additional transaction fees as appropriate.
To access the Stripe integration, click the [icon:credit-card] Stripe tab at the top of the Conferences page.
Connect a Stripe Account
If you have not yet set up Stripe for your concerence, you can connect by clicking the [icon:link] Connect with Stripe button on the Stripe integration tab. This will open a new window where you can connect your Stripe account.
Stripe will guide you through the process of either creating a new Stripe account or connecting to an existing Stripe account.
Stripe manages all aspects of the account creation and validation process. As part of government anti-money laundering regulations, Stripe will require you to provide various documents to verify your account. This process can take up to 2 business days to complete, but in some cases may take longer. CTSO Central cannot assist with this process, and any questions/comments/concerns regarding account validation should be directed to Stripe.
Stripe Account Information
The Stripe account information section displays your conference's Stripe account information, including your account ID, account name, and account email.
