Accessing Your Profile

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile to access your account settings.

Personal Information

Update your personal details:

• Display name — How your name appears across the platform
• Email address — Used for sign-in and notifications
• Phone number — Optional, used for SMS notifications if enabled
• Avatar — Upload a profile photo

Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications:

• Email notifications — Choose which events trigger email alerts
• In-app notifications — Manage the notification bell in the header
• Digest frequency — Receive a daily or weekly summary instead of individual alerts

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter and confirm your new password
4. Click Update Password

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Strengthen your account security by enabling MFA:

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Click Set Up MFA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
4. Enter the verification code to confirm
5. Save your backup codes in a secure location

Passkey Authentication

For passwordless sign-in, you can register a passkey:

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Click Register Passkey
3. Follow your browser's prompts to create a passkey using your device's biometrics or security key
