Connected Apps
View and manage third-party applications authorized to access your account.
Overview
The Connected Apps page shows every third-party application that you have authorized to access your CTSO Central account. From here you can review what each app can do and revoke access if you no longer want it connected.
Viewing Connected Apps
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
- Select Connected Apps
Each authorized application is listed as a card that displays:
- Application name and logo -- identifies the third-party service
- Domain -- the website domain of the application
- Granted date -- when you authorized the app (e.g., "3 days ago")
- Last used -- when the app most recently accessed your data
- Granted permissions -- the specific scopes the app can use, shown as badges in
resource:actionformat (e.g.,chapters:read,members:read)
If you have not authorized any third-party applications, you will see a message reading "No connected apps."
Revoking Access
To remove a third-party application's access to your account:
- Find the app in the Connected Apps list
- Click Revoke
- In the confirmation dialog, click Revoke Access
Revoking access immediately invalidates all active tokens for that application. The app will no longer be able to read or modify your CTSO Central data. If you want to reconnect later, the app will need to request authorization again.
Revoking access does not delete data that was already synced to the third-party service. Contact the service provider directly if you need previously exported data removed.
