Browser & Device Compatibility
CTSO Central works in any modern web browser. For the best experience, we recommend using one of the following:
- Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
STS Secure Browser
If your testing environment uses the STS Secure Browser app, please note the following system requirements:
- Windows: Version 10 or later
- macOS: Sonoma or later
- ChromeOS: ChromeOS version 132 or later
- Not supported: iPads, and mobile devices
Firewall Requirements
Some organizations use firewalls that may block access to CTSO Central. If you're unable to connect, your IT administrator may need to add the following hostnames and IP addresses to your organization's firewall allowlist:
api.ctsocentral.comapp.ctsocentral.cometesting.ctsocentral.comevaluations.ctsocentral.comupdates.ctsocentral.comtranscripts.ctsocentral.comhelp.ctsocentral.com144.225.177.0/24
Tip
For the best experience, ask your IT administrator to allow all traffic to *.ctsocentral.com
