- Judges now can receive an automatic email once they have been assigned to a conference and an event evaluation. For easy sign-in, emails include a magic link for sign-in. No more remembering passwords and access keys!
- Judge notification emails can also include contact information for a point-of-contact, such as a Judging Coordinator or conference operations manager.

- CTSO Central now allows you to manage housing & room assignments outside of CTSO Central. For example, if you are using a third-party booking service such as PassKey, you can provide instructions on how to register and book rooms for your conference.
- CTSO Central now allows you to provide custom guidelines and instructions to judges in the Evaluations Portal. Guidelines and instructions can either apply to all scoring categories within a competitive event, or to a specific scoring category.
- Moving between tabs in the CMS portal keeps the previous event that you've selected.

- CTSO Central supports Item Shops and add-ons. You can create custom items, attraction tickets, and donations to sell during conferences. Item Shop add-ons can be bought by a chapter or individually assigned to participants. Early access settings and per-item quantities are also available.
- CTSO Central supports membership import from supported CTSO systems. For more information, contact our Customer Success team.

- CTSO Central now supports regions underneath Associations. Using regions, you can group chapters and conferences for easy administration and organization.
- Regions are now supported as a scope for roles. Regional Admins and users can be created, and these users will only have access to members, chapters, and other resources at their region and below.
- Regional conferences are now supported. Conferences can be controlled so that they are available for only members and chapters in a single region, in multiple regions, an entire association, or an entire national organization.
